| We are situated in the heart of the
Nechako Valley on 200 acres next to the Nechako River.
We have a unique family run operation . We have three separate
interests in the horse world, all of which are equally important to
us. We have two types of Quarter horses, those bred for
cutting , reining and working cow horse and those bred for more all purpose using horses,
whether it be cattle penning or going into the Halter Ring. We see
this versatile type of horse to be very important to individuals who want
a horse who can compete in any capacity. Secondly we have some Warmbloods,
as Dressage is a passion for Valerie to take part in. And,
lastly we have the Equine Reproductive facility. Being located in a
remote area such as this, it was imperative to be able to ship semen
out, as well as in. This has grown in to a business in itself as
other breeders see the value in being able to capitalize on a much
larger area with their breeding stallions.
We have good quality hay for sale from time to time. If you would like to buy hay, please book early. We grow a mix of Alfalfa and timothy and brome. We have a large storage barn, so the hay is under cover immediately. When there is quiet time in the winter months Barb has some time to do her art , have a look at her recent work. |
